The Sethi siblings, Shilpa and Gagan, who operate Indian Spice in Macau, have picked up their love and passion for cooking, from their mother, Amrit Sethi, who in turn learnt the art of cooking from her mother, and from expert cooks, in Hyderabad, India.
Indian Spice has brought this family expertise, all the way from India into Macau.
Indian Spice offers northern Indian Cuisine, which normally contains mainly meat dishes, but it also has its share of creativity when it comes to the vegetarian items also.
The Sethi family has been running a fine-dining restaurant, “Machan”, in Nagpur in India, for the last 15 years. Now it has brought its expertise and experience, to give to people of Macau, and the tourists, from India and other countries, coming there, a taste of Indian fine-dining.
The number of tourists from India, visiting Macau, is increasing, and hence there was a need for a fine-dining Indian restaurant in Macau, was necessary, which is now being fulfilled by Indian Spice.
